    Field of application

    • For use on floors indoors and outdoors
    • Elastic filling of floor joints in paved areas and on screeds in parking garages, underground garages, factory halls, walkways and terraces

    Properties

    • Resistant to water, sewage, salt water, weak acids, lyes, oils and most solvents
    • Resistant to diluted acids and alkalis
    • Resistant to fuel and oils
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The sides of the joints must be load-bearing, dry, clean and free of grease, metals must be bare.

      • Preparations

        Prime the joint edges with a suitable Remmers Primer.

        Fill deep joints with round cords.

    • Preparation
      • Mixing ratio comp. A 92.5 : comp. B 7.5
      • Mixing time 3 min
      • Combination container

        Add the entire quantity of the hardener (component B) to the base compound (component A).

        Mix thoroughly with a slow-speed electric mixer
        (approx. 300 - 400 rpm).

        Mix for at least 3 minutes.

        Insufficient mixing is indicated by streaks forming.

      • Application temperature: min. 10 °C max. 35 °C
      • Pot life approx. 90 min
      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +10 °C to max. +35 °C

      • After mixing, pour the material into the joint with a pouring aid.

    • Application instructions
      • Uncontrolled material flow must be prevented by suitable measures.

        The stability of the material can be increased by adding a suitable thixotropic agent (e.g. WHG TX).

        Protect the material from weathering for at least 24 hours after application.

      • Suitable mixing device, pouring aid

        Clean tools while fresh with V 101. After setting, the material can only be removed by mechanical means. If necessary, swell first with V 101.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 130 g/running metre for a 1 cm² joint cross-section

    • General information
      • Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.

        Always set up a trial area/trial areas first.

        After approx. 3 days chemically and mechanically resistant.

        Bitumen intolerant.

        Current regulations and legal requirements must be taken into account and deviations from these must be agreed separately.

        The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
