We will now check it and send you feedback as soon as possible, including your access. This may take up to 48 hours.

1.  click on the ‘Login’ button on the dashboard
2. then click on the ‘Forgot password’ button
3. enter the e-mail address of your user account and click on ‘Reset password’
4. follow the steps described in the email you received from us.

1. search for your desired product using the search bar .
2. under ‘Downloads & Documents’ you will find the technical data sheet.

or

1. select your desired categories in the ‘Offline product catalogue’ and click on ‘Save offline’
2. after downloading, you can also access all technical data sheets for the products in the downloaded categories offline.
   2.1 Attention: Before downloading, you should ensure that the synchronisation of the PDF files is active. You will find this setting in the navigation point ‘More’ under ‘Synchronisation’.
